Have you set-up your online access? You will need your member number to login. If you don’t have your member number, try searching for it here.

Update your beneficiary details. Adding a beneficiary ensures your money is paid to the individual(s) you nominate.

Check your insurance cover. Australian Super offer age-based cover and doesn’t take into account your personal circumstances. You can apply for additional cover at any time, which will be subject to medical underwriting.

Australian Super’s default work rating is ‘blue collar.’ If you spend more than 80% of your time in an office or you’re a university-qualified professional who performs no unusual hazardous activities, you should update your work rating. Login to your member portal and visit Change my Insurance.

Ensure your contact details are up to date. Adding your personal email address and mobile phone number ensures you won’t lose track of your super account details, even when your circumstances change, like moving house, changing employers or relocating overseas.
